Talent & Resources team is responsible for the overall people agenda and partners closely with the business.
Our day to day operations include planning and delivering the HR services throughout the various stages of employee lifecycles including recruitment processes, advice and guidance to employees and managers and all other HR aspects relative to the business wellbeing.
Enhancing the project is the Organisation Effectiveness team which offers the business advice with strategic communications plus learning and development support. It also helps teams and individuals to maximise their performance, so that Crossrail is best-placed to achieve our mission to deliver a world-class railway that fast-tracks the progress of London.
Further supporting the structure is the Skills and Employment section which is responsible for delivering the skills and employment strategy through partnerships such as Crossrail Brokerage, Young Crossrail, Apprenticeships and the Tunnelling and Underground Construction Academy (TUCA). The team’s main responsibility is ensuring that the project leaves a lasting skills and employment legacy beyond construction.
Completing the team is our Facilities Management division which takes care of all our employees office needs, whether it’s a simple desk move or complicated new office space creation.
