David Allen joined Crossrail in March 2009 from Laing O'Rourke, where he was Finance Director for their European Construction business. Before entering the construction industry he worked in Accenture's Strategy practice and HSBC Investment Bank's Corporate Finance & Advisory Division. He began his career with Arthur Andersen and is a Chartered Accountant.
