Crossrail provides a range of ways for people to find out information about the project . We want everyone in the community to be able to find answers to their questions about the railway and what it means.

We send a special newsletter to 750 schools along the route three times a year, updating them on the progress of the project.

We also have a 24-hours, 7-days a week helpdesk 0345 602 3813 for people to call and obtain information and ask questions, helpdesk@crossrail.co.uk .

The website provides a lot of useful information and through email contact further information can be obtained.
