Information about Crossrail

Crossrail provides a range of ways for people to find out information about the project . We want everyone in the community to be able to find answers to their questions about the railway and what it means.

We offer translations of the Crossrail Pocket Guide into 14 languages other than English. Downloads are available below. Further information about translations should be made to the Crossrail helpdesk (24-hours, 7-days a week) on 0345 602 3813 or email helpdesk@crossrail.co.uk

We send a special newsletter to 750 schools along the route three times a year, updating them on the progress of the project.

We also have a 24-hours, 7-days a week helpdesk 0345 602 3813 for people to call and obtain information and ask questions, helpdesk@crossrail.co.uk .

The website provides a lot of useful information and through email contact further information can be obtained.
