The briefing leaflets provided to the right provides an overview of Crossrail, a new railway across London, serving regions to the east and west of the capital, and bringing major transport and economic benefits to London and the country as a whole.

The Secretary of State for Transport has endorsed the project as being of national and strategic importance, and is supporting the passage of the Crossrail Bill through Parliament. Once approved, construction may start on this major project.

The leaflets listed as downloads (to the right) are briefing leaflets in various languages. They can be downloaded, or obtained in printed format from Crossrail.
