Keeping communities informed

The Crossrail Helpdesk is available to answer your questions about the project and help with any problems which may arise from construction of the railway.
From general project information to construction queries, we are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. If we are unable to give you an immediate answer we will take your contact details and get back to you as soon as we can.
Information is available in 13 community languages, large print, audio CD, Braille and Easy Read on request from Crossrail.
You can submit any questions or queries you have to us directly via the contact forms on this website, which can be accessed via the "Contact Us" tab at the head of each page.
These forms allow you to register to receive general project updates, highlight specific stations along the route which you wish to receive notifications about, and to find out about possible impacts on properties throughout the route.
Once you have submitted a question a member of our Helpdesk team will contact you directly.
You can also contact us by calling our 24hr Helpline on 0345 602 3813, by email to helpdesk@crossrail.co.uk, or by writing to us directly at:
