The next steps

Details of the Ticket Hall scheme were on display at a Public Information Centre at Whitechapel on September 2 and 3. An Invitation leaflet was sent out beforehand locally.

The Crossrail Bill was submitted to Parliament in February 2005 and received its Second Reading in Parliament in July. Parliament has now given assent in principle to the proposals.
