During the consideration of the Crossrail Bill by the House of Commons Select Committee, a number of changes to the scheme were proposed to address petitioners' concerns, or otherwise improve the project design. This included a recommendation from the Committee that a station should be provided at Woolwich. These changes were published as Amendment of Provisions - AP4.
