Most of the papers have since been revised (the version number and date is shown on the bottom of the first page of the paper), and they are subject to revision as the Bill continues its passage through Parliament.

In two instances, information papers are accompanied by technical notes. Where that is the case (D9 and D26), it is noted in the relevant information paper and copies can be made available on request.
