Crossrail Publication Scheme
The FoIA requires every public authority to adopt and maintain a publication scheme setting out the classes of information it holds, the manner in which it intends to publish the information, and whether a charge will be made for the information.

Registers maintained by the Company include:
- The statutory registers. These are available for public inspection at the registered office as required by the Companies Act.
- The Commitments Delivery Tracker (CDT)
- The register of corporate assets.
- The Crossrail Property Register.
Information in the Commitments Delivery Tracker, the register of corporate assets and the Crossrail Property Register will be considered for disclosure on request.

CHARGING
The Company does not routinely charge for information. However, there are a number of exceptions in relation to parliamentary papers, reports and other documents prepared for the passage of the Crossrail Bill through parliament.
Charges for these are on an individual basis as agreed with the Department for Transport and The Stationery Office. Full details appear on the Crossrail Bill Documents
